Eucalyptus bosistoana Coastal Grey Box

Eucalyptus bosistoana, commonly known as Coast Grey Box, is a large, long-lived tree native to southeastern Australia, including Victoria. It can reach heights up to 60 meters and features rough, fibrous bark on the lower trunk with smooth, pale bark above. The tree produces white flowers from January to April and thrives in fertile, well-drained soils, often near rivers. Its durable timber is highly valued for construction and engineering uses.
